The concept of forming CTA as a platform for growth and development of commerce teachers was conceived by Dr. Dinesh Madan and Mr. S.K.Taneja on 30^th April, 2007 at CBSE spot evaluation centre GHPS, Kalka ji with 21 initial members. It is a matter of pride that in very short span of time, CTA/CTF has touched unbelievable heights and has gained recognition at all fronts.
